14/4

Laying Queen of the Night came off. Macarthur came nowhere - I neither backed him nor laid him. US RAnger disappointed - you see why I like to avoid heavy ground - even the best can get turned over
LAying the shorties at the Curragh? - 4/5 3rd, 5/2 3rd, 9/4 7th, 4/5 3rd, 6/4 5th, 7/4 2nd - the contributory factor - heavy ground!

A different matter at Kelso where shorties generally obliged but some had significant blips in running allowing for trading

3-1 Liverpool BUT under 2.5 goals first half and a nice trade. The lay of Arsenal came in well and backing Celtic at 8/11 came in convincingly - amazing what happens when you desparately need a win.
340 NEWCASTLE
BETTING FORECAST: 4/6 Innominate, 4/1 Bold Punt, 6/1 Solid Silver, 8/1 Rolecarr, 10/1 El Fargo, 20/1 Blotoft Boy, 25/1 Skipper´s Lad, 100/1 Moneylaws, Strong Command, 200/1 She Likes To Boogy .

SPOTLIGHT VERDICT: INNOMINATE, who was a respectable fourth off a mark of 113 in a decent handicap last time, has a clear advantage on form here and should be hard to beat. The main dangers are Solid Silver and Bold Punt.
Possible HTB - "should be hard to beat" - slight price gap - top rpr - top topspeed - postdata selection - 9/14 tips -
NEGATIVES - heavy ground
Worthy of support although Bold Punt is ominously close at 3/1 early doors

3 into 1

400 WINDSOR - After the Show

FOOTY
Chelsea at home and they don't lose at home!. Wigan should put up stout resistance but eventually succumb by 1 or 2 - I can't see them being the team that breaks Chelsea's home record.
Any unquoted score at 5 is layalbe for me to trade - will Chelsea score 4 against a tough to break down Wigan? BAcking 1-0 (7.2) , 2-0 (6.2) and 2-1(10.5) could be a way in.
