15/5

Again, a nice each way 12/1 place for the Irish Combos. The shorties again disappointed. The 720 saw Tiffany Diamond 2nd at 33/1 from the each way choices - NICE payout for 2 the place. If you opted for the obvious then Adored won so you won either way! Central Station won at 4/1 making a nice haul for the Irish lads

In the footy the key word was trading. No goal for the first 72 minutes and a winner in the final seconds allowed under 2.5 goals to come in no problems and under 1.5 goals was very tradeable.

Similarly, Watford were thrashed BUT scored first so the lay of Hull could have easily been traded

Lesson from yesterday - focus on each way prices for Weld/Smullen and Aiden O'Brien horses. King of Rome came 2nd at 16;.1 in a less than 8 runner field and Tiffany Diamond (who was running at the Killarney meeting on Monday I went to) came 2nd at 33/1 (imagine the BEtfair place market price!)

The Rangers game was a perfect example of a team playing NOT to lose versus a team playing to win. It came to bite them on the arse in the end!

HUNTER CHASE anyone? Hmmm. Then off to Folkstone you go. I'm leaving this well behind, sffice to say it may be a good opportunity to lay some shorties because the form is all point -to -point and not readily comparible and we have non professional jockeys

LIMERICK
625 - Award Ceremony looks each way backable and Aiden O'Brien has GReat wall of China here
655 - Distant Piper has Pat Smullen on board at 10/1

First hunter chases, now Ludlow wades in with a conditional jockey's selling hurdle!
YIKES!

250 SALISBURY
BETTING FORECAST: 11/10 Naughty Thoughts, 6/5 Uig, 10/1 Fascinatin Rhythm, 16/1 Star Of Pompey .

SPOTLIGHT VERDICT: Likely to turn tactical. Proven stayer NAUGHTY THOUGHTS can make amends for her unlucky defeat two starts ago at the expense of Uig who is her only credible rival on recent form but has slight stamina doubts.

2 horse race? Flip of a coin. Naughty thoughts for me

MUG PUNTER ALERT MUG PUNTER ALERT - Treble onPromising Lead, Twice Over and Lag Shining for 3 races on the trot at York - probability is against us but you never know

FOOTY

A chance for over 2.5 goals tonight as Carlisle face Leeds? Again with trading in mind
