30/3

Germany half time/fulltime at 1.13 - I'm still laughing! Bet of the century.
2-0 within 9 minutes!
220 WOLVES
BETTING FORECAST: 5/4 Smokey Rye, 4/1 Red Rudy, 9/2 Gasat, 8/1 Lady Aspen, 10/1 The London Gang, 16/1 Almora Guru, Turkish Sultan, 33/1 Keen As Mustard, Opening Hand.

SPOTLIGHT VERDICT: Gasat and Red Rudy have claims at the weights and the former should make a bold bid from the front, but SMOKEY RYE was unlucky in running last time and can gain compensation on these favourable term

Fav now odds on but this is an apprentice claiming stakes! 1.17 -3 places
230 LING
BETTING FORECAST: 4/5 Kipchak, 9/2 Spent, 5/1 Fun In The Sun, 10/1 Red Current, Zabeel House, 16/1 Fairly Honest, 33/1 Funky Town.

SPOTLIGHT VERDICT: The weights of this race favour KIPCHAK, who has won both his starts over C&D, and he can beat Fun In The Sun and Red Current.[AC]

kipchak now 1/2 but this is a class 6 seller
and only 2 the place - 1.14

340 NEWC
BETTING FORECAST: 10/11 Presque Perdre, 5/4 Dancing Dik, 12/1 Gavroche Gaugain, 16/1 Bardolet, 20/1 Tipsy Dara, 50/1 Classic Henri, 100/1 Just Maddie, Lady Anne Nevill, 150/1 Born To Frill, Silveretta.

SPOTLIGHT VERDICT: Bardolet and Gavroche Gaugain are possibles for handicaps in the coming weeks but this looks between Presque Perdre and DANCING DIK. Both have plenty going for them but the latter, a sound jumper who would have been quite a bit better on the Flat, is taken to come on again from his Wetherby win.[EMW]

Will the 1-2 in the ebtting finish in the first 3 at the end? 1.08 and 1.13

400 LING
BETTING FORECAST: 2/1 Set The Trend, 5/1 Geneva Geyser, Takeover Bid, 6/1 Belated Silver, Cool Art, 10/1 Auld Arty, Grand Honour, 14/1 Cyflymder.

SPOTLIGHT VERDICT: Likely there is plenty more to come from SET THE TREND, who looked a useful prospect when making a successful debut in a C&D maiden last month, and he can make a successful handicap debut.[

Now 11/10 and strong in the market but a handicap debutant, but 3 the place 1.29 the place

430 LING
BETTING FORECAST: Evs Big Bound, 4/1 Wadaat, 11/2 Gilded Age, 12/1 Charlie Smirke, Crag Path, Hard Ball, 16/1 Lennie Briscoe, 20/1 Solo Choice, 25/1 Gulf President, 66/1 Red Margarita.

SPOTLIGHT VERDICT: The step up in trip is expected to suit BIG BOUND, a grandson of Irish Leger winner Eurobird, and he can fulfil his juvenile promise and provide John Gosden with another winner.[AC]

AS with the majority of races today, niggles about race type - this is a maiden Fav has had 2 runs only 1.14

SHORTLIST
All races are niggly today - shorties in sellers, maidens, top heavy market 2 the field novice hurdles , and even apprentice claiming stakes - YIKES!
No bet for me today for the one a day place onlys. Yes, one of the above will surely place but the race types are offputting.
I'll still make my target profit per day, using Fairbot probably laying to fixed liability in running, dutching, that sort of thing

Kipchak
