SPOTLIGHT VERDICT: SIBENEK is very promising and has been presented with an ideal opportunity here. He showed he handles a testing surface well when staying on strongly to impressively win a Punchestown bumper at the end of October and was far from disgraced on his hurdling debut at Fairyhouse a month later. In the end he was found to be a little bit onepaced when a respectable fourth to On The Way Out in what was a good class contest. Not only did the winner win subsequently but third-placed Quiscover Fontaine scored twice since and there were a couple of good yardsticks behind the selection that day.
