21 DECEMBER

I have prioritised the premiership matches and I am afraid are at the behest of Xmas family. I do hope to continue with the rest of the matches today.
In the conclusions today I am going to share FORM LAB conclusions too. You may find them interesting.

12pm - Proodeftiki v Asteras Tripolis - 1.5 away - Greek Cup  -Division 3s v Top flight. Note 1.14 shot Pana only won 0-1. These matches might not be as goal laden as the gap in the leagues would have us believe.
2pm - Ethnikos Asteras v PAOK - 1.24 away   greek cup sees 2nd division v 1st division
3pm - Pierikos v Olympiakos - 1.14 away - another Greek Cup match. Panathanaikos were similarly priced and won only 0-1 so perhaps this 1.14 does not translate into the usually emphatic scoreline in this particular cup? T
4pm - Antalyaspor v Fenerbahce - 1.96 away

CONCLUSION/NOTES/STANDOUT STATS

545pm - Heerenveen v FC Oss - 1.11 home - Dutch Cup match and a chance for goals if the first team is out for top flight Heerenveen.Next match is on 21st january so heerenveen will likely field a first team and translate.

545pm - NEC Nijmegen v Achilles 29 - 1.2 home - Division 1 v Tksat and as above for NEC

6pm - Holstein Kiel v Mainz - 1.57 away - German Cup - RegN V Bundesliga and a surprisingly big price for Mainz given the gulf in leagues. There must be a reason.

6pm - Lille v Nice - 1.41 home
A sequence of 4 1-1's ended with 2 0-2 aways
LEAGUE POSITION - 3rd v 18th. A wins takes Lille top provisionally

HOME TEAM - -past fixtures, forthcoming fixtures and likely team - lille

RECENT HOME FORM - LWDDWWDWW - sole loss at home came first match of the season against current top side. Not played any of the bottom 3 at home just yet.

RECENT FORM OVERALL - DDDWWWDDDWWWD - DDDWWW sequences at present unlikely to continue. If they do, it's another draw today.

GOAL TRENDS - 33% overs at home. 6 of last 7 matches under 2.5 goals. Have kept a clean sheet in 4 of the last 5. The only match without a clean sheet recently was 2-3 away win against bottom side.4 clean sheets only this season. 3 were0-0in away matches.

STREAKS - 2 match home winning streak. 8 without defeat at home. Have scored in last 8.

AWAY TEAM - past fixtures -forthcoming fixtures and likely team - Nice

RECENT AWAY FORM - LLLDLLLL - no win away for Nice. Have lost against 1st, 2nd and 5th and playing 3rd today. 4 away losses were 1-0's.

RECENT OVERALL FORM - LDDWLDLLLWLW - recent wins came at home, both 2-0 against 8th and 19th. All wins have come at home. 5 out of 5 defeats against top 6 home and away.

GOAL TRENDS - 25% overs away from home down largely to losing to nil and conceding 2 max away from home. Only 5 matches overall under 2.5 goals this season. Nice have kept a clean sheet in 2 of last 3 , both home wins.

STREAKS - 8 away without a win. Have conceded in the last 8 away. No draw in 6 overall.

CONCLUSION/NOTES/STANDOUT STATS - Goal trends signal under 2.5 goals. Likely 1-0, 2-0 win to nil for Lille? and guess what the last 2 scorelines were when these 2 met? 0-2 to Lille. No win away for Nice signals best case draw.
FORM LAB
HT/FT: Lille have had W/W double results in 7/10 home matches against bottom-six teams while Nice have lost by two or more goals in 6/11 trips to top-six teams. Nice have lost 10/11 away matches against top-six teams.

630pm - Galatasaray v Manisaspor - 1.48 home
Mixed bag in head to heads.
LEAGUE POSITION -1st v 8th.

HOME TEAM - -past fixtures, forthcoming fixtures and likely team - galatasary

RECENT HOME FORM - WWWLDWW - sole loss v 15th 2-4. Gala have only failed to score 2 at home in a single match this season, a 0-0 draw.

RECENT FORM OVERALL - WWWDLWDDWWWWW - only 2 defeats this season , away against 7th and home v 15th.

GOAL TRENDS - 71% overs at home. only 3 of last 8 overs. Have kept a clean sheet in 6 of the last 8 matches.

STREAKS - 2 match home winning streak. No defeat in 8 overall. Have scored in last 5 overall. No goal conceded in 2 overall.

AWAY TEAM - past fixtures -forthcoming fixtures and likely team - Manisaspor

RECENT AWAY FORM - LDWWDDDD - only one defeat away was a 1-0 against 14th.

RECENT OVERALL FORM - WWWWDWDWDLDL - last 4 draws have all been away from home - last 4 wins were to nil. The question is whether Manisaspor can keep Galatasary quiet.

GOAL TRENDS - 25% overs away from home. Only 4 over 2.5 goals matches all season.

STREAKS - 4 match drawing streak away. 7 away without defeat.

CONCLUSION/NOTES/STANDOUT STATS - Will Galatasary continue to score 2+ goals at home?
Galatasary have kept clean sheets in 6 of last 8 matches. Does this make a for a 2-0 home win?
Only 1 away defeat for Manisaspor and 25% over 2.5 goals signals defensive set up?
FORM LAB
1st half outcome: Galatasaray have won the first half in 6/9 home matches against top-half teams while Manisaspor have conceded first in 8/10 away matches against top-six teams. Galatasaray have scored first in 9/10 home matches.

7pm - Atl Madrid v Albacete - 1.22 home - Division 1 v Division 3 in the Spanish Cup and it's 2-1 for Albacete so if Madrid want a cup run they must at least score 1 to keep the tie alive. Sevilla were similarly priced yesterday and were 2-0 up .

745pm - Ajax v AZ Alkmaar - 1.9 home - Dutch Cup and team news important. Too tight to call .

745pm - Aston Villa v Arsenal - 1.75 away

LEAGUE POSITION- 10th v 5th
HOME TEAM - -past fixtures, forthcoming fixtures and likely team - Villa
RECENT HOME FORM - WDDWLWLL - Defeats against 2nd and 6th without scoring. Other defeat was agaisnt WBA in a local derby
RECENT FORM OVERALL - WLLDWLDLWL - prior to these matches we saw 5 draws. This sequence ended and now it's more W or L. 4 of the 5 defeats have come against top 6 home and away.
GOAL TRENDS - 38% overs at home. Only 1 of last 5 overs. failed to score in 4 of last 5.
STREAKS - 5 at home without a draw. Scored in last 4 home. Only scored 1 goal in 4 matches against top 6.
AWAY TEAM - past fixtures -forthcoming fixtures and likely team - Arsenal -
RECENT AWAY FORM - DLLLWWWL - lost away to 1st, 2nd and 3rd and bottom. Not played 10th to 17th inclusive where Villa lay.
RECENT OVERALL FORM - LWLWWWWWDWWL - most of defeats against traditional big 5 bar the Blackburn match which was unfortunate. Have beaten 8th and 9th 3-1 and 2-1 -playong 10th today.
GOAL TRENDS - 75% overs away from home. Clean sheet in 2 of last 3. Have failed to score in only 3 this season. Recent goalscorers Van persie and vermealin. I would oppose Arsenal if Van Persie doesn't play. In the last 11 matches, when Van Persie has not scored, Arsenal lost against Spurs, drew with Fulham and lost to Man City. Keep Van Parsnips quiet, keep Arsenal quiet.
STREAKS - 7 away without a draw.
CONCLUSION/NOTES/STANDOUT STATS
Incongruous goals. Villa potentially vulnerable to top 6 based on this season's results. Arsenal losses to 1st 2nd 3rd away and bottom ( ignore that). When Van Persie hasn't scored recently, Arsenal have not won. If he does not play, lay the Arse .
Advantage Arsenal for me on recent form as Villa have had trouble scoring against the traditional top 6.
FORM LAB
• Match outcome: Both sides here are missing a number of key players as we approach the busy festive season. Arsenal have lost 4/8 away games this season with just three victories while Aston Villa have lost just 5/16 league fixtures under Alex McCleish. Stretching back to 2009/10, Villa have lost just 4/15 games hosting top-six opposition whereas Arsenal have won just 7/18 away fixtures against middle-third teams over the same period.
Also look to a draw in the first half.

745pm - Inter v Lecce - 1.32 home
Lecce can be royal pains in the arse!
LEAGUE POSITION - 5th v 20th ( bottom)  - an almost unnoticed creeping up the table for Inter  after a murky start to the season.

HOME TEAM - -past fixtures, forthcoming fixtures and likely team - Inter

RECENT HOME FORM - DLWLWLW - recent home defeats 1-2 and 0-1 against 2nd and 3rd. 3 losses at home against top 6. Have yet to play bottom 6 at home.

RECENT FORM OVERALL - LLWDLWWLWWW - 5 wins in last 6 signals the shoots of recovery under the tinker man. 3 of the wins have been 0-1 away wins. The home wins have seen Inter score 2 goals so slightly more confident. Marked tactical changes home and away though.

GOAL TRENDS - 43% overs at home. Last 5 matches though under 2.5 goals. 3 1-0 away wins, a 1-0 loss , and a2-0 win. Inter have failed to score in only 3 matches this season.

STREAKS - 3 match winning streak. No draw in 7 overall.

AWAY TEAM - past fixtures -forthcoming fixtures and likely team - Lecce

RECENT AWAY FORM - WLDLWLL - 2 away wins against 3rd bottom and 2nd bottom. Have not played top 5 away.

RECENT OVERALL FORM - LLDLLDWLLLLD - . Have played 5 matches home and away against top 7 and lost the lot.

GOAL TRENDS - 50/50 overs away. 4 of the last 5 overs

STREAKS - have scored and conceded in the last 3 away.

CONCLUSION/NOTES/STANDOUT STATS - incongruent goal trends -last 5 unders for Inter, last 5 unders for Lecce. Lecce have conceded 4-3-3 in last 3 matches. They have conceded 4-2-3-4 home and away against top 6. Inter's general trend has been towards scoring then shutting shop. Do today's opponents offer a chance to end the 1-0 and 2-0 winning sequence by scoring a few today?
FORM LAB
Match outcome: Inter Milan have won 17/20 home matches against bottom-six teams while Lecce have lost 5/5 away matches against Big Four teams. Lecce have lost by two or more goals in 3/5 away matches against Big Four teams.

RECENT HOME FORM - WWWWWWWW - 3-1, 5-1, 4-1 against teams near Stoke's
RECENT FORM OVERALL - DWWWWWWWDWLW - dropped points all away.
GOAL TRENDS - 75% overs. 0.5 goals conceded on average at home. Conceded in 8 of the last 9.
STREAKS- 8 match winning streak. Scored in last 16 overall.
AWAY TEAM - past fixtures -forthcoming fixtures and likely team - stoke
RECENT AWAY FORM - DWLLLLWW - failed to score in 3 of 4 away defeats. Only played one of top 5 away, losing 3-1 to Arsenal. 2 wins lately against Everton and Wolves.
RECENT OVERALL FORM - LWLLLLWWWW - no draw recently overall. 4 match winning streak. Conceded in 3 of those 4 wins v Spuds, Everton, Blackburn and Wolves.
GOAL TRENDS - 50/50 overall reliant then on opposition.
STREAKS - 7 away without a draw and 10 overall. Scored in last 5 overall. Failed to score in last 4 . 7 of last 8 matches over 2.5 goals.
CONCLUSION/NOTES/STANDOUT STATS - City unbeaten at home and have the strength in depth to cope with this busy schedule. 75% overs at home, and overs likely to continue.4 match winning streak for Stoke v Spurs, Everton, Blackburn and Wolves. Only played one of top 5 away, losing 3-1 to Everton.
I would continue with a City win and overs which might be helped by Stoke possibly scoring at least one today. Look to City win , correct score 2-1, 3-1?
FORM LAB
• 1st half outcome: Stoke are the only Premier League side to have won their last four league games but they have lost 8/9 winless trips to top-three finishers since they gained promotion to the top-flight in 2008/09. Furthermore, they have scored just two goals in those nine matches and they have trailed to nil at half-time on seven occasions. Man City have won 13/13 home fixtures with nine W/Ws – six of the games have been 1-0 at half-time.

Goal laden head to heads.
LEAGUE POSITION - 7th v 13th . West Brom creeping up the table slowly.
HOME TEAM - -past fixtures, forthcoming fixtures and likely team - Newcastle
RECENT HOME FORM - DWWDWWLD - recent draw v Swansea saw Newcastle hit the bar on a few occasions. Demba Ba looked sharp and Geordies unlucky not to win. Loss was v Chelsea.
RECENT FORM OVERALL - WWDWWWLDLLD - winning run ends and how! Loss v City, , draw v United, loss v Chelsea , loss v Norwich and draw with Swansea. Now I would lump WBA in with Swansea and Norwich. Could be a tough assignment for Newcastle.
GOAL TRENDS - 63% overs at home. Newcastle have failed to score in last 2 at home -what chance this sequence ends today in a match up which traditionally sees overs. 5 of last 7 overs.
STREAKS - 5 overall without a win.
AWAY TEAM - past fixtures -forthcoming fixtures and likely team - WBA
RECENT AWAY FORM - LWLDWLDW - defeats v 4th, 5th, 12th conceding 2/3 - do Newcastle currently have 2/3 goals in them?
RECENT OVERALL FORM - WWLLWLDLW - only 1 draw recently away to QPR.Against top 8, 6 matches played, 6 losses. Are Newcastle truly to be described as top 8?
GOAL TRENDS - 75% overs away from home. 5 of last 6 matches over 2.5 goals. Clean sheet in only 3 matches this season. Have scored and conceded in last 8 overall.
STREAKS - Have conceded in last 6 away
CONCLUSION/NOTES/STANDOUT STATS - head to heads point to a ding dong goal laden match. Only 1 loss at home for Newcastle was against Chelsea. 3 losses and 2 draws in last 5 overall and loss and draw v Norwich and Swansea may signal a difficult match today. West Brom - against top 8, have lost all 6 matches but ask yourself if Newcastle are really top 8?
West Brom on a WLD sequence at present, which if continuing will mean a L today.
Tough call this one as West Brom are improving and Newcastle are wobbling, even against 2 recently promoted sides. A neutral goals bet therefore? And form lab agrees
FORM LAB
• +2.5 goals: 5/8 of Newcastle’s home matches this season have had +2.5 goals as have 6/9 of their home games against middle-third sides since 2010/11. Similarly, 6/8 of WBA’s away fixtures this term have had +2.5 goals as they’ve scored in six of the games. Further, 6/7 of their trips to top-half sides since 2010/11 have had +2.5 goals. Both of these sides changed manager partway through last season. Newcastle have had +2.5 goals in 13/19 home games under Alan Pardew while WBA have had +2.5 goals in 11/14 away matches under Roy Hodgson.

8pm - Everton v Swansea - 1.63 home
HEAD TO HEADS
no head to heads - beware the QPR v Chelsea syndrome of 2 teams yet to meet.
LEAGUE POSITION - 14th v 12th -Everton still played a game less
HOME TEAM - -past fixtures, forthcoming fixtures and likely team - Everton
RECENT HOME FORM - LDWLLWLD - all defeats without scoring. 3 0-1 defeats against Stoke adn QPR in particular.
RECENT FORM OVERALL - LLLWLLWWLLD - 7 of 8 defeats came against top 8 home and away.Only 2 draws all season  against 9th and 10th
GOAL TRENDS - 38% overs at home.Have conceded in all home matches. 2 clean sheets only this season.Have failed to score in 2 of the last 3, 2 1-0 losses. 4 of 5 wins against bottom 5.
STREAKS - have conceded in 8 at home.
AWAY TEAM - past fixtures -forthcoming fixtures and likely team - Swansea
RECENT AWAY FORM - LLLLDDLD - 3 draws in last 4 away , 2 of those draws 0-0.No win away.
RECENT OVERALL FORM - WLWLDWDLDLWD - Last 3 draws have been 0-0. Last 4 wins have been at home.
GOAL TRENDS - 63% overs away from home. Only 1 of last 6 over 2.5 goals. Have kept a clean sheet in 4 of last 6, and even Man Utd only managed a 0-1 . Have failed to score in 4 of last 6.
STREAKS - 8 away without a win.
CONCLUSION/NOTES/STANDOUT STATS - this could be a carbon copy of Everton v Norwich . Another promoted side, who like 0-0's playing an Everton side whose only wins are against Wigan and Wolves,  teams who my Gran's residential home select XI beat 4-0, and that was without them taking their medication!Everton have failed to score in 2 of the last 3, and have conceded in all home matches this season. 3 draws in last 4 away for Swansea, 2 of them 0-0.
0-0 could be a good back to lay for as long as you dare - the longer the more profitable but the longer, the nearer to a goal.
Swansea have kept a clean sheet in 4 of last 6 but also failed to score in 4 of last 6. 0-1 to Swansea would be the value call. the 1-2 Norwich so nearly came off yesterday.
FORM LAB
• Match outcome: Everton have won just 2/8 home matches this season as they are yet to keep a clean sheet at Goodison Park. Everton have also conceded in 10/12 home matches against middle-third sides with just six victories. Swansea have lost just 3/10 league fixtures and they have also picked up a point in three of their last four on the road.

LEAGUE POSITION - 11th v 2nd - will City facing a relatively easy home match, United must win in order to keep close.
HOME TEAM - -past fixtures, forthcoming fixtures and likely team - Fulham
RECENT HOME FORM - DDDWLLWW - defeats against Everton and Spurs both 1-3.Wins have all been to nil. Will Fulham keep United out? 2-2 draw at home v 1st and 1-3 loss v 3rd could infer that 1.76 for United is quite appealing ( likely to increase in running as Fulham remain traditionally tight at home)
RECENT FORM OVERALL - DDDWLLWLDDWLW - 2 recent wins have come at home without conceding 1-0 v Liverpool and 2-0 v Bolton. So your trade is based on whether you feel fulham can keep United at bay ( and remember United and all those 1-0 scorelines of late!) -- against the top 6, 2 score draws and a 1-3 loss and 1-0 win. Not too shabby. With the 2-2 draw v City, Fulham were 0-2 down.
GOAL TRENDS - 50/50 overs at home 31% overall  - last 5 matches have all been under 2.5 goals.4 clean sheets in last 7
STREAKS - 2 match winning streak at home. No draw in 5 at home. Have scored in last 7 at home.
AWAY TEAM - past fixtures -forthcoming fixtures and likely team - Man Utd
RECENT AWAY FORM - WWDDWWWW - superb -5 of the 6 wins away without conceding. conceding saw 2 1-1 draws and a 1-2 win. 0-1 away wins against 10th and 12th a gauge v 11th today?
RECENT OVERALL FORM - WDLWWWDWWW - sole loss this season v City . 4 1-0 wins in last 7 but United found their scoring boots against Wolves, scoring 4. They then scored 2 against QPR so the hope is they are a little more emphatic for their backers this evening.
GOAL TRENDS - 25% overs away from home, down largely to cleansheets. Only 2 of last 11 matches over 2.5 goals. United have scored in all matches so far this season, so lay Fulham if they score first?United have kept a clean sheet in 5 of last 7, and in last 4 away matches.
STREAKS - 4 match away winning streak. No defeat in 8 away . Have scored in last 16
CONCLUSION/NOTES/STANDOUT STATS - United not won any of last 3 meetings at john Craven Cottage. Will this sequence end this evening? Fulham v top 3 2-2 draw and 1-3 loss, concede 2 minimum? 5 of last 7 Fulham matches unders, and 2 of last 11 for United unders. Under 2.5 goals a goer? Fulham only win at home when keeping a clean sheet but United have scored in all matches this season and have themselves kept a clean sheet in 5 of last 7 matches.
tight initial exchanges with eventual United win. fulham could score. This could be unders backing for the first part of the game, then revert to overs at bigger odds.
FORM LAB
• Match outcome: Fulham have won just 4/16 league games under Martin Jol and they have lost 7/10 matches against Man Utd since 2006/07. Man Utd remain unbeaten on the road this season as they have won 6/8 games with five W/W doubles including their last four. Teams on a four-game away winning streak have won 8/14 away matches since 2006/07. Man Utd have also won 4/4 away games against middle-third sides.

8pm - QPR v Sunderland - 2.66 home
HEAD TO HEADS
no recent head to heads
LEAGUE POSITION - 15th v 17th
HOME TEAM - -past fixtures, forthcoming fixtures and likely team - QPR
RECENT HOME FORM - LDDDWLDL - only 1 win extremely lucky 1-0 v Chelsea. Have played 2 of bottom 5, 0-4 loss v 2nd bottom and 1-1 draw v bottom.
RECENT FORM OVERALL - LDWLLWLDLL - have lost against 18th and 19th and drawn with 20th ( playing 15th today).
GOAL TRENDS - 25% overs at home. Last 3 matches unders . Have failed to score in last 2 but they were against United and Liverpool.
STREAKS - 3 at home without a win. Have conceded in last 7
AWAY TEAM - past fixtures -forthcoming fixtures and likely team  - Sunderland - new manager could mean a new phase to their season.
RECENT AWAY FORM - DDLLWLLL - sole win away was against 2nd bottom 0-2. 2 1-0 losses v united and Spurs in last 3 could suggest a renewed effort defensively?
RECENT OVERALL FORM - LWDLDLLWL - much needed home win against Blackburn under o'Neill. All away matches , bar the win, have either been draws or 1-goal-in-it-matches. Expect the same today.
GOAL TRENDS - 38% overs away from home. 3 of last 4 matches overs.
STREAKS - 6 away without a draw. Have conceded in the last 4 overall.
CONCLUSION/NOTES/STANDOUT STATS - I am still very wary about Sunderland under new management and this match does not personally appeal. QPR at home poor, sole win v Chelsea v lucky indeed. 25% and 38% over 2.5 goals percentages points to unders today, but again I mention the new manager who might change this dynamic. Likely a tight match, 1 goal in it kind of scoreline.
FORM LAB - well form lab agrees with me ( I do my research first deliberately so I don't get influenced)
• -2.5 goals: 6/8 of QPR’s home matches this season have had -2.5 goals as have 5/8 of Sunderland’s away fixtures including three of their last four. Since gaining promotion, QPR have scored more than once in just three of their 16 league fixtures as their last three have had -2.5 goals. Sunderland have had -2.5 goals in 6/11 trips to bottom-half sides.

8pm - Villarreal v Mirandes - 1.56 home - top flight v Division 3 1-1 from the first and , knee jerk, 1.56 is a big price IF Villareal are remotely interested in the Cup and can take advantage of home advantage.

Talk about tight! What is the probability for another 1-1?
LEAGUE POSITION - 18th v 6th
HOME TEAM - -past fixtures, forthcoming fixtures and likely team - Wigan
RECENT HOME FORM - DWLLLDLD - win v QPR -2 draws recently v Blackburn and chelsea. Late late goal salvaging a point .Is this the tactic to employ against Liverpool?
RECENT FORM OVERALL - LLLLLLLDWLWD - the losing streak has been halted of late- the loss against Arsenal, and the positive other results v Blackburn ( struggling), Sunderland ( struggling), WBA, and Chelsea.
GOAL TRENDS - 50/50 overs at home.5 of last 6 matches over 2.5 goals. Wigan have scored in 5 of last 6 matches. They have only kept a clean in in 2nd and 3rd matches of the season.
STREAKS - 6 at home without a win. Have conceded in last 6, and last 13 overall.
AWAY TEAM - past fixtures -forthcoming fixtures and likely team -Liverpool
RECENT AWAY FORM - WLLWWWLW - no draw away for Liverpool. 2 defeats were 1-0  v Stoke and Fulham. 5 wins saw Liverpool scoring 2 in each of those. You think Liverpool win tonight, then perhaps look to a scoreline involving Liverpool scoring 2.
RECENT OVERALL FORM - WWDDWDWDLWW - only recent loss was 1-0 away to Fulham. have not played any of the bottom 6 away from home.
GOAL TRENDS - 25% overs overall this season suggests a maximum 0-2 away win?( which has occured 4 times away from home)
STREAKS - 8 away without a draw.2 match winning streak overall.
CONCLUSION/NOTES/STANDOUT STATS - 1-0 and 1-1 last 2 head to heads at Wigan. Only 1 win at home for Wigan unlikely to continue today.Wigan have conceded in last 13 matches so expect Liverpool to score at some stage. This might make the 1-1 scoreline a starter for trading purposes. If Wigan score first, it should shorten. If Liverpool score first, the Wigan could score ( scored in 5 of last 6).
Indeterminate goal trends but suggest 2 goals maximum in whatever permutation.Wigan have scored first in only 19% of matches this season , suggesting Liverpool the more likely first goalscorers. Suarez plays until the result of his appeal is known. Wigan have only scored 2 in the first half hour of matches.
FORM LAB
• Match outcome: While Wigan’s record of just six home wins since 2010/11 is poor they have still lost just 37% (10/27) of their home fixtures. Furthermore, they have lost only 7/22 games hosting top-half opposition since 2009/10. Liverpool, meanwhile, have lost over half (14/27) of their away games since the start of last season and worse still have lost 7/9 away games against bottom-six sides in that spell.
