8/12

George Bernard Shaw unplaced, smashed by 2 20/1 horses in a nursey! Again I should have kept discipline with heavy ground as Sovereign King ran out of petrol. generous Lad wsa pipped to 3rd place. The saving grace of the day was Rajam's win at 10/1 as we took on Oscar Dangron - now that's wen soft ground can work in your favour. Paid out far better on betfair . Ceki Dancer placed and I think you're still picking yoursellf up from the floor after another mug acca goes south. LEt down by PSV 2-0 down at half time - 4-2 full time - now you know why I wrote about laying accas! Besiktas however won 1-0 which was good.

Lingfield has some difficult races.

BETTING FORECAST: 9/4 Perce Rock, 11/4 Pedrobob, 5/1 Dark Artist, 6/1 Optimus Prime, 7/1 Kilcrea Castle, 16/1 Emperor Titus, 20/1 Camlin River, Imperial Storm, Up There, 33/1 Basic Principle, Nit En Do´s.
A few perceived outsiders price wise will lead me to kilcrea Castle each way

BETTING FORECAST: 7/4 Afistfullofdollars, 3/1 King Johns Castle, 4/1 Militant, 5/1 Justpourit, 10/1 Sir Johnny, 14/1 Benitez, 20/1 Will Jamie Run, 25/1 Russet Prince, 50/1 Chill Out.
Again a few outsiders shortens the prospects place wise. Justpourit each way is just before the 10/1 selection

BETTING FORECAST: 5/4 County Zen, 9/4 Hell´s Bay, 7/2 Evelith Echo, 11/1 Folie Dancer, 12/1 Edgeover, 25/1 Shake The Barley, 50/1 Double Shot, Li Lo Bosh .
SPOTLIGHT VERDICT: Bumper winner Hell's Bay is an interesting recruit who has been given a positive billing by Paul Nicholls but preference is still for COUNTY ZEN, who put up a good performance to beat a couple of useful sorts at Ascot last time, one of sufficient quality to suggest he can concede weight all round here. County Zen ran well enough in a heavy-ground bumper on last season's debut to raise hopes that today's surface will not inconvenience him. [MCu]Eleveth echo looks placed to run well each way

130 SANDOWN
BETTING FORECAST: 4/6 The Tother One, 7/1 Saunders Road, 10/1 Swift Sailor, 11/1 Great Approach, 16/1 Arafan, Hoh Viss, Midas Way, Scaramouche, 20/1 Sandymac, Tighten Your Belt, 22/1 Insignia, 25/1 Mandingo Chief, 28/1 Ask The Gatherer, 33/1 Surface To Air, 40/1 Turtle Soup, 50/1 Historic Place, Patsy Bee, Stumped .
SPOTLIGHT VERDICT: THE TOTHER ONE is likely to go off at a very short price for an 18-runner handicap but is much the likeliest winner and very difficult to get away from. He looked a long way in front of the handicapper when winning very easily at Newbury last Sunday and a 7lb penalty is most unlikely to stop him following up on that showing. For those seeking a bigger-priced each-way alternative, Swift Sailor appeals most.
Fals into the "hard to beat category" - odds on in such a big field in soft ground is not appealing - 18 runner ,soft ground, 2 miles 6 furlongs, the proverbial " handicap sure thing" Probably of interest for me in running. BAck before the off and lay in increments throughout the race at shorter prices

BETTING FORECAST: 11/8 Voy Por Ustedes, 11/4 Monet´s Garden, 9/2 Twist Magic, 5/1 Ashley Brook, 25/1 Hoo La Baloo, 50/1 Oneway, 66/1 River City, 150/1 Demi Beau .
SPOTLIGHT VERDICT: The defection of Kauto Star has left the door open for VOY POR USTEDES, who is the form pick - albeit marginally - on what he did last season and, still only a 6yo, might very well have improved again judging by a highly promising seasonal debut run last month. Reported to be fitter than when a good second to Kauto Star in this last year, Voy Por Ustedes can see off old rival Monet's Garden, while Ashley Brook is also entitled to be thereabouts if his jumping holds up. [
The Tingle Creek and 4 horses at prices which indicate they should not trouble the judge . Ashley Brook each way for me if the jumping hold up

BETTING FORECAST: 4/7 Confidentiality, 13/2 Our Kes, 9/1 Accusation, 10/1 Arctic Desert, 14/1 Siena Star, 20/1 Rising Force, 33/1 Norwegian, Star Of The Desert .
SPOTLIGHT VERDICT: This looks another good opportunity for CONFIDENTIALITY who looked well ahead of the handicapper earlier this week. Our Kes looks the one for the forecast.[

A chance now to take on confidentiality? Multiple handicap winner on a 5 timer. Our Kes each way

FOOTY
Chelsea entertain SUnderland and this looks a good opportunity to back the draw/win for Chelsea half time/full time.
I will also cover the 1-0, 2-0 and 2-1 scorelines as Sunderland have shown they can mix it with the top 4 but eventually succumb to quality
A rejuvenated Newcastle at home against a new manager and Birmingham. A tricky one. Will NEwcastle play with the spirit shown against Arsenal.
I see a tight affair here and I can't see many goals. I'll chance under 2.5 goals here, again to trade .
1.79 for over 3.5 goals in the Man Utd game looks very appealing, and if an early goal is scored, then we can safely trade this market. It offers an enhanced interest in a 1/9 shot
